3 out of 4 chairs arrived damaged! Rusty buttons, stains on the chairs, one of the legs has the paint scraped off and orange powder on one of them. What a waste of time packing them up and taking them back to the office. Who ships badly damaged items? Ridiculous!

Excellent quality. Looks rich and very pretty with nail heads for a modern look. Well sewn, the legs stand up well. The pillow is firm and sits up instead of sinking too deep. The only wish would be if they were a little lower to sit on. The fringe on the sides will hit your hips if you're a bit overweight! Although it's still beautiful.

I BUY THE CHAIRS IN APRIL 2019 AND THE KNOB STARTED TO SEPARATE, THE VELVET STARTED TO SEPARATE SHOWING A WHITE THREAD ON THE LEG AND A WHITE THREAD DOWN. Good wood, I don't think that should happen. I bought 6 chairs and spent about $1000 on them. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW AS I CAN GO BACK BECAUSE THE TIME FRAME HAS PASSED. I CANNOT UPLOAD PHOTOS BUT I CAN EMAIL IF ANYONE WANT TO SEE. SAD ABOUT IT.

I was very happy to order these chairs and wasn't expecting luxury chairs but can't describe the poor finish of the nail heads and the back like bent cardboard fabric covered. I was also surprised at how deep the back curves essentially reduced the 19-inch seat to about 12. Bought 3 sets of 2 chairs for $1000. My return label only recognizes one set and tries to use the other two but says a return has already been requested. I hope Revain does well so I'll buy better chairs.

The only reason I'm not giving this product a 5 star rating is because we bought 6 of these chairs (3 pack of 2) and 3 of the chairs were missing something or accessories Had to I look for myself (I did not want to wait for a replacement). The total cash value of the gear was less than $5, so it's more of an inconvenience. Many companies offer additional hardware to avoid these problems. Otherwise the chairs are lovely, very plush and sturdy once assembled. In general very satisfied.

I have purchased six of these chairs. They came in 3 boxes of two chairs each. When I opened the box to assemble the first chair, I noticed scratches and scuffs on the legs. The bottom fabric attaches to the underside of the seat with Velcro. The fabric needs to be removed to attach and screw the legs, and then the fabric needs to be reattached with the velcro straps. But after you install the legs, the velcro doesn't fit properly. The seams on the bottom are uneven and very close to the edge…
