Used regularly for a few months and now I just happen to get no sound through the handset. There is audio on the line, so the problem is in the handset. Sometimes if I squeezed or stretched the hose the sound would come back and if it did it would last for a few hours or just a few minutes. For something to be used with public safety radios, they're a total safety hazard for officers if they can't hear your radio calls and shouldn't be used. Ordered 2 packs and both had the same issue and are now in the trash. Don't waste your money here, try to find a local supplier of public safety radio components. My mistake that I won't make again.
