It may look different than standard, but it works the same!

I have just changed my oil cooler in my 06 f350 6.0 truck, only 59,000 miles, clearing EGR and an update install from stc to hpop. I have to say I'm very pleased with its performance, so far at 65mph my coolant and oil temps remain within 6 degrees of each other for about 15 freeway miles. I drove it about 1200 miles and will write another review on the oil cooler after 6000 km. I recommend using a coolant filter after an oil cooler change if you haven't already done so to protect the radiator from debris that may be lodged in your cooling system and could be clogging the oil cooler.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • A newer model could have been chosen
