Pump with broken parts

The moment I received the pump it sounded like some loose parts inside so I had to open it and found that the parts in the photo are broken (they appear to be a partial cover holder). At the moment the pump is working but of course I don't have another pump to compare if the pump I have is working. At maximum work the noise is high and I don't know if this affects the broken parts. However, the pump arrived defective.
