I've always loved Garnier products, so when I found this oil on the shelves, I bought it right away. It smells good and has a light texture that is neither overly liquid nor too viscous like some high-end products. I have frizzy, curly, color-treated, dry hair. I use this oil to texturize the curls at the ends and get rid of extra "fluff" on dry or damp clean hair. This role is perfectly handled by the oil, which shields the hair from the cold and other harmful environmental effects brought on by silicones. but that is all. It does not nourish, moisturize, or—most importantly for me—heal hair. The oil only functions while it is on the hair; I did not see any cumulative effect. It is advisable to get natural oil without extraneous substances if you wish to treat your hair.
