I don't usually write reviews but I love this hair straightener so much I need it. My chi got hot for 10 years, I was nervous about trying something new but I'm so glad I did. It heats up quickly and is so smooth on my hair that it doesn't pull or snag at all. My hair is thin, thick and usually curly, it's turned out so smooth and shiny, more so than Chi's!
