We live in the country and don't have fluoridated water in the city (although we both grew up in the city and drink fluoridated water). My dentist recommended that I use a fluoride mouthwash every day to strengthen my teeth. Although they are in good condition I would like to keep the original set for as long as possible if you get my meaning! This multipurpose mouthwash gently whitens them - not as harsh, but subtle, which I like. will tell you when to use - use a very SMALL amount (after brushing and flossing). Foams in the mouth when swallowing. A small spoon is honestly enough to get the job done. Rinse gently (to avoid foaming at the mouth). I say this because I know that many of us (yes, US) don't read the instructions very carefully and may not understand them very well. Also remember that after application you should not eat or drink anything for about half an hour so that it protects your pearl and keeps it pearly white!
