This compact and lightweight baby. I added it to my 70-200mm G series lens. A few prejudices I had were dispelled almost immediately. They said f-stops needed to be reduced by two by adding this. I thought I would have to configure manually. Not me. When switched on, the lower two f-stops are optionally removed and even with automatic exposure, images are correctly exposed. Great shots with this one behind a G series lens. One nice thing I didn't know is that they come with a pouch that fits right inside this teleconverter. I figured I'd have to look for a really small bag to put it in.
