I don't normally write reviews. So let's get started. I really liked these frames but they are not 100% perfect. Let's start with the positive things, and there are plenty of them. The packaging was 5+. The frames came in a tight fitting cardboard box. Each frame was individually wrapped in a saran with four protective cardboard corners. Both frames were then wrapped in bubble wrap The front of the frames was perfect. You are a good weight. Both glasses were clear and without scratches. I didn't hang mine, but the hangers seemed sturdy enough. Both desktop stands (props) worked perfectly as advertised. I don't measure my diploma and certificate with a tape measure (because I'm stupid), the shorter end of the frame opening is just under the declared 11 inches. My two papers are theoretically 14" by 11". I tried to fit each in each frame but in any case my paper ran a little over the E frame maybe 1-2mm or 1/16 inch. In the end, I just stuffed the extra paper, mat, and cardboard back in and attached. Since I don't plan on repeating them (because I'm lazy), I agree with a small leak that couldn't be spotted by just looking. In summary, I would give this product a 4.5. Stars out of 5.
