Good quality gauze for cooking
It was good quality gauze and plenty of it - I use mine to strain broth and sauces and also to wrap cheese to keep it from going moldy. It's nice and wide enough to line a colander. My first purchase lasted 4 years but I don't use it often. So convenient and yet cheap. (I didn't appreciate the "easy to clean" aspect - I don't reuse mine, I just throw them away after using them.)
