Update: GeeKee shipped a replacement pair of headphones and they arrived within 2 days. They work great and sound great. 4 stars for the headphones (I can't wear them for more than an hour as they get uncomfortable) and 5 stars for great customer service. Thank you GeeKee! Previous Review: Received my GeeKee 550 headphones today and was happy to use them. I followed the instructions to charge and the charger turned green exactly as the instructions said - when the light went out it meant they were fully charged and ready to go! I took them off the charger expecting them to flash green and blue (the instructions said this would let me know they were ready to pair, which would happen once I took them off the charger) but unfortunately did they don't light it up. When I touch the red "e" they turn red, but since there's no troubleshooting guide or anything else in the quickstart guide, I don't know what the red light is trying to tell me. When I try to find it with my phone, my phone doesn't recognize it. I think I have an unreliable pair. I'm waiting for GeeKee to reply to my email asking for help. I will update this review as soon as I know more.
