I don't like this stimulant-free pre-workout. It's too expensive for what's in it. Yes the ingredients are well dosed in it but at this price point it should have at least 5 other premium ingredients like Hydroprime Glycerol, S7, ElevATP, Vaso6, Betaine Anhydrous just to name a few. At $2.50 a serving, you're paying for Rambod's brand and name recognition since he's a 19-time Olympic gold medalist. Too expensive even if it contains stimulants. I didn't like the taste of the raspberry lemonade either. Well, not the scent itself, but its texture. It's more of a chalk tasting. I can try the raspberry lemonade but the lime pretty much ruins it. The muscle pump I got from the double spoon was very solid but not impressive. Of course the good ones were better for the price. The focus from Tyrosine, DMAE, and Lion's Mane was pretty good, but nothing overwhelming. For the price, you could use several nootropics. You really need to double this for it to be effective, and it's way too expensive to do that if you don't have one off cash. There are a number of higher-dose, non-stimulant nootropic pre-workouts that offer larger servings and better flavor. Look around you will find better ones.
