Over the years I have acquired many book reading aids: bookmarks, covers, lighted glasses, page markers and so on. They always seemed to get in the way or awkward to use and transport. This flashlight is a multi-purpose device that is extremely compact and lightweight. This lantern is a bookmark, a very practical reading light, nice on the eyes, a paperweight, a table lamp, an emergency light and very easy to take with you as it takes up very little space. In fact, wherever you can cut it, you have light. My wife loves it as she doesn't mind if I read in bed. The light is easy to use with three brightness settings. A charge lasts a long time, a standard micro-USB cable is used for charging. It appears to be very durable and I'm sure I'll benefit a lot from it for years to come. This is a 5 star gadget for sure.
