I ordered the wrong size and the company responded promptly with a free return postage envelope and correctly sized gloves. They seemed a bit stiff at first, but I used an old leatherworking trick. Mix together a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of plain white vinegar. Lightly dampen the gloves with water, then rub the inside and outside of the gloves with oil and vinegar. Wear them while the mixture is absorbed. These are high quality waterproof gloves.
