I did a lot of research before purchasing this mini steam iron. It's everything I hoped for. Lightweight, easy to use and handles most tasks. My intended use is for small projects and patchwork so I can sit and press in one spot while sewing. I use a mini ironing board and a cutting and ironing board. The only problem was the thick melt fleece. I finally got it, but for fusible fleece it is recommended to use a standard size iron. Everything else from vinyl to canvas irons beautifully, including thin to thick regular interlinings. What made me particularly happy was that the cord is sewn in, not removable. This keeps the cable from falling out. The cord is 7 feet long and is a perfect length. I had no problems with spills, splashes, water drops. Be sure to read and follow the instructions for the location of the steam button. Highly recommended!
