The support team was very helpful when I had questions about our product or how to use it in certain situations, they were always willing/available via phone call (even after hours) if needed as well! No issues with this software at all so far but we have not used every feature yet either which can be frustrating sometimes since there are multiple features that could help make your life easier during customer service interactions like cancelling services etc..
