The ease of use, configurability and features it offers are great for this type of environment - I have worked with other solutions that were more complicated than Riteq - which makes sense since they cater towards organizations like ours who need very specific customization options! Nothing really comes up against me as much anymore when implementing new systems. Have had a few glitches here and there but nothing too major at least not lately. We're able to track our employees hours pretty easily now through time off requests/approvals etc., we also monitor payroll data from various sources (external vendors) so its helpful to keep track of all those things within one system instead of having them scattered throughout several different ones.
