Looks used and can cut!

For starters, although the image is difficult to see, the entire green handle is covered in grime and wear from use. I suspect someone tried it and decided to return it. Also, as others have said, the edges of the handle will cut like a knife if you're not very careful! Who needs this tightening? I chose it for its small size and dual screen but trust me, just don't do it.
