Qualitatively disappointed
When the box was opened on Christmas Day, one of the vertical stitching began to unravel. The thread came off completely and the seam came undone. We had to return these boots and the purple ones were out of stock for an exact exchange. My daughter was in tears when her heart was set to purple. We're swapping them out for a different color, much to their dismay. I hope it was an accident and the next pair is better. Will post again if there is still a problem.
- They hold up well to frequent wear and offer excellent value for money when compared to sought after leading brands.
