First of all the product seems to work as advertised. The pictures and descriptions on the selling page match up fine. But I wasn’t prepared for how cheap and light duty that this felt. My fault for not looking more closely before buying, but I thought I was getting one of the chrome, heavier duty wire shelving racks with thick posts and adjustable height shelves. The posts come in 12” sections that assemble (and feel like) camping tent posts. The wire shelves are very light duty and appear hand welded. The finish is a thin paint that was chipping in some areas out of the box. The shelves are non adjustable height as well. It’s not square when assembled. I bought this to shove in a spare closet for to add a little bit of organization for storage, so it will do for me, but if I was going to use it for anything serious, I would return it.
