Unreliable Joint, Avoid at All Costs
This ball joint from the steering and suspension tool category in Automotive Tools & Equipment failed after just a few uses, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. The company's customer service was unhelpful, and I had to replace the joint with a different brand. The only pro was that it was easy to install. The cons outweigh any positives with this product. I would not recommend it to anyone in the Automotive industry.
