The soap dish in the shower at their AL facility was too far away. I bought it to attach to her handrail. Seems to be working very well. The "hook" part should wrap around the main body of the cart and catch/hook. A cable tie or cable tie may be helpful to ensure the connection does not come loose with a cone.
