Excellent knife, well balanced

What do you give your wife who likes to cook and has everything? Knife. What do you give her when she already has two sets of knives full of knives? Better knives and try to get them to get rid of some of their cheaper knives. This knife is a chef's knife, which means that it serves many different functions, including cutting meat, fish, vegetables, etc. The handle is very comfortable and is balanced in your hand when cutting. The blade itself is 8 inches long and has a beautiful design. This is very sharp and hardened steel and one of the best knives I have ever owned. I've bought more expensive knives that weren't as good, but this one is head and shoulders above the rest!

  • Professional chef's knife. This versatile chef's knife with very sharp edges and a perfect curve (10-15° on each side) meets all the requirements of a chef's knife. The razor-sharp forged edge retains its sharpness to last and makes slicing meat, chicken, steak and sushi/sashimi like slicing butter. A well-weighted, round-handled chef's knife requires minimal effort when slicing, slicing, dicing, or chopping.
