I had an anterior hip replacement five weeks ago. I did too much for the first two weeks because I felt great. Had a sprained groin/groin and had to use a walker to relieve the pain. I got this bandage and it reduced the pain by 80%. The compression is great, it stays in place and is very comfortable to wear. You need to make sure you attach it to your thigh over both layers of the bandage to keep it from coming loose. If you do it right, it's perfect. I don't have to set it up all day. I take pictures when I sleep. This is one of the best bang for the buck products I have ever bought. I can't say enough good things about it. Nothing could cure the stress until I started wearing this.
