Review on DMC 6105 Plastic Floss Bobbins by Shantel Griffin
Good for storage but not for a project
This is a handy way to store floss but I didn't like it for project use. There's no good way to deal with leftovers or partial strands - I ended up just winding them onto the main part of the skein already wound on the spool. I'll probably use them to store open skeins in a box, but for projects I only make punch cards (punch a series of holes along the edge of a piece of cardboard). Also, I didn't buy labels, thinking I'd write the color number directly on the spool, but the Sharpie didn't write on the plastic.
