I like that they have multiple levels for reporting, customizing reports is easy, and they are responsive to questions and issues. Sometimes it takes a little while to get an answer back or follow up on emails. The support team is excellent! They are very knowledgeable in the product and always willing to help. Great customer service! We have used Visual South since 2012. They've helped us customize our reports, make sure we were using them correctly, and train our users when we needed. They also helped us set up our security so only people who need access can see certain information. We're still working on getting all of our data into one place, but the support has been great so far. We have reduced our time spent searching through spreadsheets and manual processes. We have increased user efficiency and visibility.
