I am reviewing a foldable pocket comb called Comb Outlaws. To use this item you need to press a button that will quickly release the comb. You push up on the handle under the eject button to lock the comb in place. I like it because you get a better pocket comb than advertised. I must warn you that the comb pictured is not what you will be getting. It's great if you're happy to pay postage. The lock was bad when I got it and it broke quickly. It was advertised as new but was used.
