Review on 📻 XM Commander XMRV-RFM001 by Lance Harrison

I bought this a few days ago and am completely satisfied with its performance. Be honest, most people don't need more features than XM offers unless you're happy to spend money on things you never use. The sound quality is excellent but could be improved. I noticed a slight difference in volume when switching from FM to XM. My device is attached to my Ford Explorer with Velcro so I can remove it if necessary. All cables are hidden. I've seen car radio install everything in 15 minutes. If you have any ideas on how to install conventional car radios then I'm sure you could do it yourself. Setup was very easy, one call to XM and within 5 minutes I had the channels downloaded. One thing you need to know is that if you drive your car into the garage (free direct satellite connection) you will lose reception. In the next 5 years they should improve this. Conclusion: I strongly recommend buying this device, especially if you live in a place where there are no radio stations. Check Ebay for the best price ($40 less than Best Buy and Circuit City) and install the device yourself. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, go to a place like Best Buy, and they'll do it for you for about $70. Much luck.
