I bought this product as a food delivery vessel and consider it as such. If you are looking for a bag to take to the beach to keep your food and drinks cold this will do and I would give it 4 stars. My 2-star rating is for the following reasons: #1. I didn't even use the bag for 2 months before one of the shoulder straps started coming loose where it attaches to the top of the bag. I had to pin and re-stitch it once a week to reattach the strap. #2 Hydration Pockets have an opening that is too small for some of the larger sized fountains. #3. Bag sags and groceries sometimes get crushed, leading to spillage and inevitable customer dissatisfaction. #4. The back pocket is practically useless if you're in an urban environment. It's clear and doesn't have a lid on it, so I really can't think of anything to put in there. That said, there's no separate compartment for personal items like a wallet, charging cable, or anything else you might need during a delivery shift. I originally bought this bag to save money, in fact it will cost me more because I need to replace it.
