They are not suitable for wheels with a diameter of 10 inches or even smaller.
Actual inner tube size is only 7 inches. It was impossible to install on a 9 inch wheel. They are made of very hard rubber and don't stretch at all. If you have a 7 inch wheel they should fit. Much luck!
