They are not suitable for wheels with a diameter of 10 inches or even smaller.

Actual inner tube size is only 7 inches. It was impossible to install on a 9 inch wheel. They are made of very hard rubber and don't stretch at all. If you have a 7 inch wheel they should fit. Much luck!

Both burst at 11 psi. before the tire is inflated.

I mounted them on my son's 4 wheel tires (21x7.00). One tube split at the top seam at 11 psi, the other tube split at the bottom seam at the same pressure. none of them came close to growing the pearls before they burst. Not at all for harsh environments.
