I ordered this dress a size 10/11 for my tall 8 year old girl. She grew out of her clothes in a size 8 and a size 10 runs larger. Her dress is a bit baggy and loose, but she likes the length. A lot of clothes for her age are too short and she hates it. The fabric feels soft and comfortable, and the colors and floral print are very pretty. She chose black and she loves it. The dress is well made and has pockets. I washed it on gentle cycle and hung it to dry and it was fine.
