For my desk. I use Apple's Magic Keyboard and trackpad with it as it's raised and it's awkward to type on, but it's no big deal. This stand offers a more ergonomic viewing angle and puts the laptop on par with my ultra-wide monitor. I love that it's the same silver color as my MacBook Pro. Very durable and very easy to assemble. Assembly took less than 5 minutes. In general very satisfied.
