I have an older dog who has trouble walking on hardwood floors. Or if it is on a hard wooden floor, it will get stuck because the floor is slippery. I ordered these runners to try out in the spring. You are perfect. They suck well. If an accident happens on them; You can take a water hose to clean them. Dries fairly quickly when hung up. My dog sticks to walking on it so he walks safely and doesn't slip on it. And we have other dogs in the house that trip over them. But she feels great standing on the skids. And the back of the runners is rubber to keep them from slipping on a hard wooden floor. I didn't have to buy anything anymore - that's how it happened.
