Before purchasing this phone I contacted the tech support of my current carrier (Net10) to make sure it was compatible with their service. Unfortunately they mistakenly told me what it was. So I bought it. Find out this phone will NOT work on the AT&T SIM/Tower. They suggested it should work with T-Mobile compatible SIM cards/towers. So I gave the phone to MetroPCS (partner of T-Mobile), then to T-Mobile itself and in both cases confirmed that the phone does NOT work with them. Now I've spent countless hours on numerous support calls and chats, done extensive research, visited phone shops and still don't have a working phone. Not only that, I spent extra money to buy a SIM card adapter. Anyone considering buying this phone should exercise extreme caution and research a cell phone provider beforehand. I would appreciate if someone here could tell what service (as of September 2018) this phone actually works with in the US. I might update this review if I could actually get the product to work, but for now the phone is useless to me and I've just spent countless hours on it. Very dissatisfied. There are no instructions for the phone either, except for 3 pages with an icon to insert a SIM card. Also, you'll have to figure everything out for yourself about how this phone works. Unless you're a techie or easily frustrated with phones/tech, beware.
