The software has been very easy for our team of technicians with little training it can be deployed in house or by an outsourced partner within minutes after installation! It's also really cheap compared too other competitors - so if you don't have many employees this product will fit your needs perfectly as well! I would like more options regarding configuration settings but i do understand there are limits due security reasons we had some issues at first which took time but nothing major since then :) We were dealing wiht different types networks (Wifi / VPN) all over Europe.
