Great and simple to use tool, great customer support

The software has been very easy for our team of technicians with little training it can be deployed in house or by an outsourced partner within minutes after installation! It's also really cheap compared too other competitors - so if you don't have many employees this product will fit your needs perfectly as well! I would like more options regarding configuration settings but i do understand there are limits due security reasons we had some issues at first which took time but nothing major…

This software has great potential if you want an all inclusive package

I like the concept of this product, it is very similar to other products in the market. It offers many features but can be difficult to install and configure at first. The support team was not as helpful as I would have liked. They were nice enough but did not seem to understand what I was asking for. We're looking into getting a more comprehensive version of Remote3.it installed. If we do decide to go with another solution, we will look at Remote3.it again. We are solving issues related to…

Awesome Remote Desktop software to manage your remote employees

The ability of managing large number (over 100k)of endpoints in one single place makes it more flexible than other similar softwares out there! Also having all information at fingertips for quick decision making by our teams has made life easier as we can take immediate decisions with minimal time lag from any location around world!!
