This is a really special item that X-79 enthusiasts like me will love. If you know anything about this, you know that the X-79 had code built in for M2-NVME but was never implemented. (with one notable exception) Most people have given up pursuing such a goal. Most interfaces do not work properly and sometimes not at all. This baby works like a charm and doesn't require any additional drivers or the need to use legacy mode or anything like that. The design is very well thought out, the processing quality is high. The whole body plays the role of a heat sink. The device comes with 2 thermal pads plus extra screws! It has its own Drive activity indicator. The overall package is extremely attractive and functional. I plan on getting another one of these so I can add another M2 to put all my games on it. And last but not least, it's inexpensive! It's not just for X-79 enthusiasts, you can use this if for some reason you need or want 3 M2 on a modern motherboard. Highly recommended.
