Review on Hermell Products Inc. Hermell Face Down Pillow, Small - Comfortable Neck and Spine Support for Face Down Position by Amy Belair

I was very excited to receive this item as I have severe neck and back problems, have had spinal surgery and am actively trying to avoid another one. I bought it and tried it last night. I didn't try for long as very quickly I started getting pains in the middle of my back which I can only assume is due to bending over. While my neck was comfortable and my arms weren't pinching, the pain in the middle of my back was so bad I couldn't help but go back to my regular pillow. I lasted less than 5 minutes with this pillow down. the face hole is also quite tight so it caught the "hot air" when breathing and just let me down. Like I said, although my neck, shoulders, and arms appreciated the purpose of the pillow, it might be acceptable to someone else but not me. I'll try to get my $ back and see how it goes!
