Back pain, shortness of breath was a real problem every night. It's awesome. I have a waterbed and my hands were crushed while sleeping on my stomach before I got this pillow.     Non-returnable if you open it to see if it fits you - BUT if plastic has been opened we cannot accept returns. The item must be returned sealed as delivered.     Doesn't work. Quality seems good, no weird smell (like some others I've seen on Amazon). Doesn't support the face at all.     This pillow is not comfortable at all. It's made of rigid regular foam, which is expensive for its quality. It's just a wedge shaped foam cutout with a hole like in the picture.
