Review on Hermell Products Inc. Hermell Face Down Pillow, Small - Comfortable Neck and Spine Support for Face Down Position by Ricky Faith

This pillow is not comfortable at all. It's made of rigid regular foam, which is expensive for its quality. It's just a wedge shaped foam cutout with a hole like in the picture. The edges of the foam hurt my face after lying on it for a few minutes. So I couldn't sleep. I've turned it around in various ways to find the best way to use it, but to no avail. Worst of all, the seller doesn't want it returned after use, claiming it's an FDA regulation since it's a personal item. If they're unused but opened, the seller wants you to send them back, pay postage and charge you for storage. You did not write these terms and conditions on the website. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew those terms. Of course I have to try if it meets my expectations ie helps me sleep comfortably while sleeping on my stomach. It is tedious and frustrating to have this experience. I don't want anyone to have a similar experience with this product and this seller so I'm writing this for your information.
