Doesn't work. Quality seems good, no weird smell (like some others I've seen on Amazon). Doesn't support the face at all. Any downward weight will cause the two sides to separate and your face will fall to the ground. More of a suffocating machine than a pillow. The person in the ad above doesn't put any weight on the "pillow" at all, otherwise their nose would be on the floor. There's no material anywhere that really supports your face. I haven't found any good alternatives and have had neck problems for years so this rip off is very frustrating. Will edit if I find something that works.
