This product is a godsend. I just had a vitrectomy and had to sleep face down with no eye contact. Before I got it, I was struggling to get comfortable. Back pain, shortness of breath was a real problem every night. It's awesome. I have a waterbed and my hands were crushed while sleeping on my stomach before I got this pillow. It gently elevates your body and the notch of the pillow keeps your eyes off the bed, lets you breathe and rests your arms comfortably. Wonderful! I recommend this as a covert solution!
