Review on Pulsely by Zach Peterson

I like it because we get an overall picture of our diversity within my organization without having to make multiple spreadsheets or reports. It does require more time than just making one report but if you have someone else who loves doing this work then they should do it for you! Some days they only send me half of what I need so we might need training on how to use its functions better. We've realized some things about our diversity and inclusion efforts with this tool which really helped us see where there was room for improvement.
