Was careful when ordering these chairs - until they arrived via UPS, packaged very well, no missing pieces, no dents, drips of glue or paint and easy to follow instructions. An assembly tip: start by hand tightening all the screws and use a screwdriver to lightly tighten the foot subframe screw, then rotate the chair to an upright position and first tighten the 2 screws in the center of the seat, then pull Tighten the rear corner screw set to the opposite front leg. Screws, then a screw set for the remaining rear corner and a screw set for the remaining A-pillar. This speeds up the alignment of the stool. The finish is pretty good. A good sturdy, heavy chair that is comfortable to sit in and suitable for mixed styles of interior. We'll see how long they last, but so far so good. And they arrived faster than expected.
