The fit is not adjustable
While the heat/cold is nice and the "massage" (vibration goes on and off every few seconds) is fine, the fit is terrible. You CANNOT customize it. If your eyes aren't in the right place, it's almost painful and will give you a headache. If you try to put some kind of cloth or towel between the element and the skin to soften the metal on your face, you won't feel warm or cold. I really wanted to like the product but it's not.
