Makes the eyes better

This was recommended to me by a colleague because of migraines. I didn't use it when I sensed a coming migraine, just checked. Your eyes really do feel better after a long day in front of the computer screen. At least that's what he's good for! I like that it's hot and cold alternately. The eyes take a little getting used to, so I wouldn't recommend getting up straight after use.

The fit is not adjustable

While the heat/cold is nice and the "massage" (vibration goes on and off every few seconds) is fine, the fit is terrible. You CANNOT customize it. If your eyes aren't in the right place, it's almost painful and will give you a headache. If you try to put some kind of cloth or towel between the element and the skin to soften the metal on your face, you won't feel warm or cold. I really wanted to like the product but it's not.

Disappointed: Masks

Gets hot or cold like an ice pack and vibrates. Not a real massage. I returned it for the Renpho eye massager which I really like. It's basically just an eye mask. If you need acupressure and thermal massage, buy another one. This does little more than heating and cooling. The vibrations are really annoying.

Nice features but uncomfortable fit for regular use or sleeping. It's starting to hurt and the strap isn't loose enough.

The cooling function is the best though...

This is the only eye massager I could find with a real cooling function. I often get migraines and the cold helps best. So many eye massagers only use heat, and this makes migraines worse in most chronic migraineurs. The cooling effect works BUT the eye area is not suitable. It's too long horizontally and doesn't sit properly on my eyes. I wish it was more like the shape of other Renpho eye massagers so it has more coverage and I can use it on my forehead or on my eyes. It also hasn't cool only

Not what we expected

I love my RENPHO RF-EM001R but with a few upgrade suggestions which I have posted in this review. When I saw this heated and cooled model with voice mute, I knew it was awesome. Also, the wife doesn't take care of my remote (which I really like) which was fine with me since I wouldn't have to share mine lol. However, I should pay more attention to photos in reviews. Works well but very impractical.

The concept works very well. but the shape and fit are so uncomfortable that they spoil the impression. If it were rounded for the eyecups instead of being so elongated or horizontal it would be much better. The eyecups are solid metal and aren't interchangeable or adjustable, so they rest higher on the bone than they should, which is very disappointing. New model with interchangeable approach can be 4 or 5 stars. Until then I would not recommend it as it becomes painful after a few minutes of…
