When I received these pants I was very happy with the fit and look. I've worn them three times and washed them twice. As you can see, the thread holding the elastic started to tear enough that I cut most of it off. I can only imagine what will happen after a few washes. Washed according to label directions. I still find them very comfortable but not sure I would buy them again. Hope that helps. Will post more updates if it keeps falling apart.
