Excellent, consistent customer service for both myself and clients
I've been using RfDm since it's inception as my main contact point with their team of developers/designers to create new features or enhancements that we need within our website platform (WordPress).
The support has always exceeded expectations - they are extremely responsive when issues arise from any part along this journey! As an agency who works across multiple platforms such as web design /development etc., having one central source where all communication can take place makes life much easier than trying to keep up-to date manually via email & social media channels alone!!
