Love the camera! It is important to note what I was looking for when buying. I wanted: 1) COMPACT, 2) High optical zoom, 3) Shooting modes, 4) Ease of use 5) AFFORDABLE (I bought this camera for $300, $175 with gift certificates I already had so I ended up with 125 total $ paid I wanted an IDIO-PROOF camera because I am NOT a professional photographer and don't have the time or inclination to learn aperture or shutter speed and one that I can easily travel (put in my pocket) with I wanted something fast, simple and efficient and this little guy ticks all the boxes for Pixel Big cameras, I can put them in my bag no problem Panorama and shooting modes: I've had three previous Olympu cameras and absolutely love the shooting modes. Panorama great in camera and I use it a lot Beauty mode is also quite handy CONS: Olympus has some bad reviews I think First of all their customer service sucks - try Just get your camera serviced or have a question answered and you'll see what I mean. Secondly, these cameras are fragile, to say the least - the flash of my first camera irrevocably broke after a year and a half, and the second ate it when a small amount of water got on it. Just be careful with them. Finally, Olympus compact cameras are notorious for taking AMAZING daytime shots (including sunrise and sunset), but you really need to focus on what you're doing at night. If you use a flash, no problem, but if you want to photograph something at night without a flash, you have to make an effort. Otherwise, the only major downside I see is the size. The size is good to put in your pocket (that's also why I listed it above) but it's a little bigger than I was hoping for. It's just more than the Olympus FE camera range for those who are familiar with it. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend this camera to anyone with the same photographic goals as me. just go :)
